The Effect of Yoga on Range-of-Motion, Shoulder Strength, and Recovery Rates in Baseball Pitchers

This summer, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Motus Global and KineticPro to research the effect athlete-specific yoga has on the biomechanics of baseball pitchers. The basis of the study was to see if yoga classes helped pitchers achieve greater strength and mobility directly after a class, and to see if the gains in mobility lasted and helped pitchers recover faster than those who didn't receive yoga treatment.
